Anti-Poaching Project

In September 2016 The Northwest Chapter launched an Anti-Poaching program which rewards individuals who have contributed to the conviction of a poacher, making them eligible for a reward(up to $500). As hunters we know poaching has a direct effect on us that follow the rules. Poaching diminishes current and future fish and wildlife populations which reduces hunting, fishing and watchable wildlife population’s opportunities for us and our children. It deprives the state and local businesses of revenue and negatively impacts the ability to properly manage fish and wildlife resources.

The SCI Northwest Chapter has created Anti-Poaching signs that will be distributed at our events. Click on the poster to apply for the reward.
